General

The automatic wash runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, public holidays included. It never closes and it needs nobody on site.

Staff are on site 1pm–1am for contact washes and hand finishing — every day at Changi, every day except Tuesdays at Ang Mo Kio, and every day except Wednesdays at Ubi. On those days the outlet is unmanned, not closed.

Autowash24 AMK — 5035 Ang Mo Kio Ind Park 2, #01-367, S569538 (Staff: 1pm–1am, Tue Off)

Autowash24 Changi — 15 Changi North Street 1, #01-31, S498765 (Staff: 1pm–1am)

Autowash24 Ubi — 3020A Ubi Rd 1, #01-38, S408714 (Staff: 1pm–1am, Wed Off)

Both, and that is the point. The automatic contactless wash runs 24 hours a day at every outlet and needs nobody — drive in, pay at the bay, and go. Staff are on site from 1pm to 1am for contact washes and hand finishing. Ang Mo Kio is unmanned on Tuesdays and Ubi on Wednesdays; the automatic wash still runs as normal on those days.

No. Contact wash and hand finishing need a person, so they follow the staffed hours of 1pm to 1am. The contactless automatic wash is available at 3am and at every other hour.

No. Unmanned is not closed. The bay, the payment terminal and the automatic wash all work exactly as normal — the only difference is that contact wash and hand finishing are not available until staff are back. Our website shows, live, whether each outlet is staffed right now.

No booking needed — just drive in anytime. Our automated system handles one car at a time per bay.

The full automated wash cycle takes approximately 8 minutes. During staffed hours our team also does a quick wipe-down of remaining water spots.

Wash Services

Contactless Wash ($9) — high-pressure jets and foam soaps only. Nothing touches the paint at all. Runs 24 hours, no staff needed.

Contact Wash + Water Wax ($14) — the same contactless cycle, with a person added. Once the foam is on, our staff hand-wash the car with clean microfibre towels — lifting the road film and grime that water pressure alone cannot — and then the machine carries on as normal through rinse, water wax and dry.

There are no brushes anywhere on our sites. The “contact” is a clean microfibre towel in someone’s hand, not a rotating brush that has been through a hundred cars before yours. That is the whole point: the consistency of the machine, with the judgement of a person on the parts that need it. Contact wash is available during staffed hours only, 1pm–1am.

No. There is not a brush on any of our sites. The contactless wash is high-pressure water and foam with nothing touching the paint. The contact wash adds a person with clean microfibre towels after the foam goes on — then the machine finishes the job. That is why we call it hybrid: machine consistency, human judgement, and no spinning brush that has been through a hundred cars before yours.

Yes. The contactless wash uses only high-pressure water and foam — nothing touches your vehicle at all. Safe for every paint type, PPF, vinyl wraps and ceramic-coated cars.

The contact wash is safe for the same cars, because we use no brushes there either — only clean microfibre towels by hand, on foamed paint, which is how you would wash it yourself. If your car is wrapped or ceramic-coated, tell the attendant and they will treat it accordingly.

A 3-in-1 quick detailer best paired with the Contactless Wash. It further cleans the surface post-wash and applies a protective coating that delivers shininess, slickness and hydrophobicity for 2–4 weeks. Just $4.

Washcoat is best paired with the Contact Wash. Once the hand wash has lifted the grime and the surface is properly clean, Washcoat is applied and rinsed off — leaving a glossy, hydrophobic finish that lasts 2–4 weeks with a pleasant fresh scent. It works best on a surface that has actually been touched, which is why it is paired with this wash rather than the contactless one.

The wash includes an air-dry cycle. During staffed hours (1pm–1am), staff will wipe down remaining water spots. Outside staffed hours, towels are provided on the rack for self-drying.

Payment & Membership

At the bay, any time: PayNow and GrabPay.

Members: your eWallet balance, or a credit or debit card.

Cash: accepted during staffed hours only (1pm–1am). Outside those hours nobody is on site to take it, so use PayNow or GrabPay.

Top up your wallet in the app or at any outlet, then pay at the bay with a tap. Larger top-ups carry a bonus:

S$50 → S$50 — no bonus
S$100 → S$102.50 — 2.5% bonus
S$200 → S$210 — 5% bonus

Credits never expire and work at all three outlets. Running a fleet? Corporate accounts start at 15% extra credit — see the Corporate page.

Sign up online in a couple of minutes at autowash24.com/wash/register — or tap Join Free at the top of any page. Your account works straight away, and you can top up from your phone or at any outlet.

No. Your eWallet credit never expires — it is money you have already paid us, and it stays yours. Use it any time at any of the three outlets.

Member Rewards

It runs by itself — there is nothing to opt into and no card to carry. Every wash you pay for earns points, and the more you wash the higher your tier, which earns points faster. Reaching a new tier pays a one-off bonus and a boosted top-up, and there is a treat in your birthday month, every year.

Every S$1 you spend on a wash earns 1 point, then your tier multiplier is applied. 100 points = S$1 of reward value.

Points are always rounded down to the whole point, so a S$8.20 wash earns 8 points at C tier and 9 at B. Add-ons count. Anything paid for with a reward does not earn again.

Yes — 365 days from the day they are issued, batch by batch. The points you earn today are good for a year from today; a wash next month starts its own year. Your oldest points are always spent first, so nothing sits there quietly ageing out while newer points get used.

This is separate from your eWallet credit, which never expires. Wallet credit is money you paid us. Points are a reward on top.

Five tiers, and your tier multiplies every point you earn:

C — Clean → ×1.0 (where everyone starts)
B — Bright → ×1.2
A — A-Class → ×1.5
S — Shine → ×1.8
S+ — Showroom → ×2.0

Reaching a tier for the first time also pays a one-off reward — 100 points and a ×1.5 boost at B, rising to 2,000 points and a ×3 boost at S+. It lands the moment you qualify, on the same visit.

The wash that earns you a promotion is paid at your old tier; the new multiplier starts on your next wash.

A boost multiplies the bonus credit on a top-up. A S$200 top-up normally adds S$10 bonus; with a ×2 boost it adds S$20.

There is nothing to select — it is applied automatically to your next top-up that earns bonus credit. Each boost is used once and lasts 60 days from the day it is issued. If you hold more than one, the oldest is used first, and only one applies per top-up.

A top-up that earns no bonus (a custom amount below the lowest tier) does not use up your boost.

A tier is valid for 90 days, plus a 30-day grace period — 120 days in total to keep it. If you have not requalified by then you move down one tier only, never straight to the bottom.

Nothing you have already earned is taken away. Points you hold stay yours until their own expiry date, and an unused boost keeps running its 60 days.

A birthday treat in your birth month, every year — points plus a boosted top-up. It arrives on its own; there is nothing to claim.

You need your date of birth on file, which is why we ask for it at sign-up. Members must be 18 or older, the minimum age to hold a Singapore driving licence. You can check or add it in the app under Me → My profile.

In the app. Open autowash24.com/wash/app on your phone and log in with your mobile number and PIN.

Me → My tier & progress shows your tier, exactly what the next one needs, and every boost you hold with its own use-by date. Me → My rewards lists what is waiting and when it runs out.

Corporate & Other

Yes. Corporate accounts start at 15% extra credit on a minimum top-up of S$1,500 per quarter (before GST), and larger fleets are rated higher.

It runs entirely electronically: one company account, each driver with their own access, and every wash logged against driver and vehicle for your finance or audit team. No cash, no receipts to chase. See the Corporate page or email cs@autowash24.com.

If it is under 2m tall and under 5.2m long, we can wash it — which covers just about every passenger car, SUV and MPV on the road here. Taller or longer than that will not clear the bay.
