The space
A bay of roughly 3.5 m by 7 m, plus an engine room of about 3 m by 2 m for the pump and controls. Two machines, double. A toilet, store and small forecourt help but are not essential.
We run our own outlets. We would rather build a good business with the right partner than sell a machine and walk away.
Ten good operators beats fifty average ones — so we are keeping this small.
Customers kept asking the same thing: can I bring Autowash24 to my neighbourhood? So we are opening the door to a few partners — not because we want more machines in more places.
Not the highest bidder. Someone we would happily hand a customer to.
The right thing, even when nobody is watching.
A customer who comes back beats a few extra dollars today.
Automation runs it. People step in for customers.
Cleanliness, equipment, signage, how a customer is met.
Building something that lasts, not looking for a quick exit.
It has to make money. If that is the only reason, no fit.
Your own location on our brand and systems — bay software, payments, membership, points, monitoring. You look after the site and the customers; it joins the network.
Run the way we run it. That sameness is what you are buying.
Let's talkAlready have a forecourt, workshop, condo or fleet yard? Buy the equipment outright — installed, commissioned, yours. No brand, no revenue share.
Our technicians in Singapore. Spares on the shelf. Twelve months on parts. Software available separately.
Discuss your siteAutomation gives speed. People give help. We built Autowash24 around both.
People go where they matter — not standing beside a machine.
The cycle does the wash. Hands do what a machine cannot.
Straight through in minutes, or leave it with us. Their call.
The bay keeps working past staffed hours. Customers come when it suits them.
Wallet, memberships and tiers, built to earn the next visit.
We built and ran our own sites before asking anyone else to.
Before the numbers, the physical reality — what a bay needs from a site, and what we bring to it.
A bay of roughly 3.5 m by 7 m, plus an engine room of about 3 m by 2 m for the pump and controls. Two machines, double. A toilet, store and small forecourt help but are not essential.
One machine runs on three-phase 60 amp; two need 100 amp. If the unit lacks it, the upgrade is a landlord-and-utility job. Confirm it first — it is the one thing that stops a site outright.
A level slab falling to a channel, waterproofing, water supply, a trap where required, and the electrical run. Most of the site cost sits here — which is why we survey before quoting.
Shipped, cleared, craned in and commissioned by our own people, then tuned on your water until the wash quality matches our own sites.
App, membership, points, cashless payment, and the reporting that tells you what happened overnight. The same platform we run ourselves, live from day one.
Training, written procedures, and our team on site through the launch. A new bay does not fill on day one — advertising and the app build volume over the first months.
Every site is different. We walk the space with you before anyone talks about money.
There is no one-size-fits-all site. What you invest depends on the unit, the configuration and how you run it.
One machine about S$110k, two about S$180k — equipment, bay works, payments, signage, setup. The second costs less because the site works are shared.
Small on purpose. We would rather earn alongside you than in front of you.
Not a promise. Rent, tenure, traffic, hours and pricing each move this materially.
Rent and deposits, licensing and approvals, financing, insurance, and whatever your site turns out to need — drainage diversions, power upgrades, reinstatement.
We do not promise returns. We build the numbers on your site, with your rent, before you commit.
If our name goes on your forecourt, this is what it means. None of it is negotiable.
We are not looking for perfect people. We are looking for people who care.
You, your goals, your site. Half an hour usually tells us both.
Traffic, access, water, drainage, power, tenure — this decides the cost.
Investment, real running costs and a volume model for your site.
Franchise, equipment purchase, or whatever suits you.
Site works, installation, testing, training.
Live on the app and the map, with our team through the launch.
Tell us about yourself and your site. We will tell you honestly whether Autowash24 is a good fit. No hard sell, no obligation.
