Book and pay
Pick the bay and the night, add a polisher or pads, and pay from your wallet or by PayNow. Vouchers work too.
Arrive 15 minutes early
Our closing staff hand the equipment over. Tick what you received in the app and accept the bay rules.
Check in and detail
Scan the QR on the bay, take a few “before” photos, and the night is yours.
Leave it clean
Rinse the floor, put the tools back, take the “after” photos and tap Check out.
Where and when
Bay 2 at two outlets, while the other bay keeps washing as usual. Book up to 14 days ahead.
The bay rules
Short and fair. You accept them in the app when you check in.
Do
- ✓Arrive 15 minutes before your start time.
- ✓Keep your car, tools and products inside your bay.
- ✓Rinse the floor, clear the drain and bin all rubbish.
- ✓Switch off the water, lights and power, and put every tool back.
- ✓Check out before your end time.
Don’t
- ✕No smoking, alcohol or open flames.
- ✕No engine degreasing, oil changes, repairs or spray painting.
- ✕Don’t pour oil, solvents or chemicals into the drains.
- ✕Don’t touch the wash machine or the other bay.
- ✕Keep the noise down — there are neighbours at night.
Questions
How much does it cost to rent a detailing bay?
S$50 for the night, from 1 AM to 11 AM. Water, power, a pressure washer, cleaning tools, a stool and toilet access are included. A polisher (S$15 for the night), polishing pads (S$6 each) and IGL 9H ceramic coating (S$2 per gram used) are optional.
Which nights can I book?
Sunday to Thursday, 1 AM to 11 AM, at Ang Mo Kio and Changi. Book up to 14 days ahead in the Autowash24 app — one booking per bay per night.
Can I bring my own products and tools?
Yes — bring your own polishes, coatings and microfibres. Engine degreasing, oil changes, repairs and spray painting are not allowed in the bay.
How is ceramic coating charged?
By weight. You weigh the bottle on the scale and photograph it at check-in and again at check-out, and pay only for the grams used, after our staff confirm it.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel in the app before the night starts and the full amount goes back to your Autowash24 wallet. If we ever have to close the bay, we move your booking to a night you agree to, or refund you in full.
Is there a deposit?
No deposit. The S$50 is the rental. Damage, missing tools or mess left behind are charged on top, based on the before and after photos.
Do I need to be a member?
Yes — the bay is booked in your name in the app. Membership is free and takes about a minute; pay from your wallet or by PayNow.
